"Helpless" by Adrian Bourne © 2001 (unpublished) — depicts a man of dubious character about to pick up a seemingly vulnerable passenger for the short story, “Call Home”. While designed for a monochrome publication, this original painting’s subtle duo-tone palette lends it a more vibrant display presentation. Illustration board, matting and protective sleeve are archival. Sadly, this collection of horror short stories from Bedlam Press never saw the light of day, but you can own a piece of what could have been.
