At the 1997 World Horror Convention in London, a panelist was asked “why can’t I seem to find the drive to create like you, successful creators do?”
His answer, “perhaps you were born idle.” That answer has haunted me since.
I love to make art, so why do I struggle to finish projects?
Was I just “Born idle?”
